Overview

Studying history at Hull spans 3,000 years, touches five continents, and engages with the vast maritime spaces in between. You are at the heart of our degree programme and will have the opportunity to forge your own study journey. We use the social, political and environmental challenges of the contemporary world as our starting point for exploring history. This creates a fascinating way of navigating the past from classical civilisations to modern communities.
