Overview
Start an exciting journey with our Level 2 qualification in travel and tourism. This one-year programme will prepare you for an exciting career. You will learn a wide range of skills to progress on to work in airports, travel agents as well as abroad, or continue in further education.

Entry requirements
Ideally at least 4 GCSEs at grade 9-4 or grade A*-D or a Level 1 qualification, but this is subject to discussion at your interview. If you haven't already achieved a GCSE grade 5 or grade C in English or Maths, then you will study either GCSE or Functional Skills English or Maths alongside your other qualifications.
Your next steps...
After completing your course you could progress on to study a Level 3 Diploma in Travel and Tourism. Alternatively, you could progress straight into employment in the travel and tourism industry including an apprenticeship. Studying travel and tourism could lead to a career as a holiday rep, travel agent, tour manager, tourism officer, customer services manager, event organiser, airport operations manager, cabin crew and many other opportunities.
